I have lost my ticket, what can I do?
You can access and download your ticket at any time from your customer account.

Alternatively, you are welcome to contact the ticket buyer support team at our ticket service provider, vivenu. They can resend your ticket to you at any time:

How do I personalise my ticket?
- In our ticket email, you will find the ‘View order’ button. Clicking this button will take you to the confirmation page for your order.


There you can view and download all tickets from your transaction. If the ticket still needs to be personalised, this will be indicated there:
First, select one of your tickets and then click on “Personalise”

Here you can then enter all the necessary data for personalisation.

Then just click on ‘Submit’ and you can download your ticket.
Please note that personalisation must be completed for each individual ticket. The ticket cannot be downloaded without completing personalisation.
How do I transfer my ticket to another person? (Reassignment)
Access your tickets via the confirmation page. In our ticket email, you will find the ‘View order’ button. This button will take you to the confirmation page for your order.

Select one of your tickets.

Click „Transfer“

Enter the email address of the new ticket holder.

Please note that you will no longer have access to this ticket after the ticket transfer. The system will generate a new ticket, which will be sent to the new ticket holder. The old ticket will automatically become invalid.
What happens if my ticket is not personalised?
Tickets are valid only for the person to whom they are issued. Otherwise, a new ticket must be purchased at the box office.

Can I leave the festival and come back at a later time?
No, we operate a ‘one-way’ system.
I have heard that IOS events are cashless. Is this true, and what does this mean for me as a guest?
Correct, from now on all IOS events are cashless, which means you can only pay with EC, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, V-Pay or Maestro. Cash is no longer accepted – except in the car park.
Can I resell my ticket?
Tickets may only be resold via the TicketSwap platform, and the resale price is limited. TicketSwap allows you to transfer your tickets quickly, securely and easily.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Unfortunately, tickets are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal and return. But don’t worry – you can easily re-personalise your ticket or resell it securely and easily through our official partner
Is there a deadline for personalising tickets?
You can personalise your tickets until shortly before the start of the events. Your ticket will only be sent to you after personalisation.
Are there special conditions for people with disabilities?
Persons with a severe disability card (80% or higher) receive free admission to the festival. If the person has the ‘B’ mark, an accompanying person also receives free admission. These must be presented at the festival entrance. Of course, we have disabled toilets on site. This only applies to regular day tickets.
May I bring food and drink with me?
Please do not bring any food or drinks with you. We have a great selection of food trucks and bars offering fair prices on site.
What is the minimum age for IOS events?
All IOS events are for ages 18 and up – no exceptions.
Where can I find the timetable?
This will be published on our social media channels as soon as the match times have been confirmed.
May I take photographs?
Yes, but if you want to take photos with professional equipment, please contact us in advance: marketing@permanent-entertainment.com
The following items are NOT permitted at the festival:
- Deodorant
- Food and Drinks
- Bulky items (flags, umbrellas, elephants, etc.)
- Any weapons, regardless of whether they are permitted or require a licence under the Weapons Act.
Weapons and their carriers will be reported to the police immediately! - Items that are not covered by the Weapons Act but still pose a danger (e.g. kitchen knives, pocket knives, tools)
- Professional photo and film equipment without prior notice. Your private digital camera is of course permitted.
- Medicines in unusual quantities or not in their original packaging
- Fire accelerants and fireworks, pyrotechnic articles
- Markers, Eddings, felt-tip pens (except for make-up)
- Gas spray cans, corrosive, flammable, staining substances, or containers with
- Substances that are harmful to health and/or highly flammable.
- Containers with liquids (e.g. nail polish remover, body lotion, perfume) in unusual quantities
