Questions and Answers
How do I find out when and where it starts?
You can access your shift schedule via our staff tool -> www.festival-crew.com We will notify you as soon as you have been assigned to a shift. Please confirm your shifts promptly so that we can plan ahead with certainty.
As a rule, you will receive an email one week before the event with all the necessary information about the briefing, meeting point, etc.
We kindly ask you to always confirm this email with a short ‘ok’ or similar.
PLEASE NOTE: As emails often contain PDFs and images with travel directions and shift schedules, these may occasionally end up in your spam folder. Please check this folder a few days before the event!
How do I get to the event? Do I have to drive myself? Is there free parking?
You must arrange your own travel to and from the venue. If required, we will send you a free parking ticket by email in advance.
For events that are further away:
We will take care of your travel arrangements to save you time and money. Depending on the number of people and the distance to the event venue, we will provide one or more buses and/or organise carpooling. Again, we ask for your prompt response so that nothing is overlooked in the planning process.
Something has come up. What now?
We know, of course, that for most of you, working for us or at our events is only a side job. Nevertheless, we need to be able to rely on you.
Something important may come up at any time, but we kindly ask you to cancel in good time.
For shifts that have already been confirmed, cancellations must be made by email, but 24 hours before the start of the event, please cancel by telephone/text message.
Anyone who is absent without prior notification risks permanent suspension!

Only the hours that have been recorded in the time tracking system or are listed in the shift schedule will be paid. This means that if you arrive two hours before your shift starts, we can only pay you from the start of your shift.
Where shall we stay?
That depends on the location and duration of the event.
For an event lasting only one day or a few hours, no overnight accommodation is necessary. In this case, we cannot provide you with a campsite.
What about catering?
There are non-alcoholic drinks available for staff, and for every day you work, you will receive a meal voucher worth €4.00, which you can redeem at selected food trucks.
Is there a dress code?
We do not have a dress code, so feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. However, we recommend sturdy footwear and weatherproof, practical clothing. It can get very cold at night, so please pack accordingly.

Please bear with us during the summer months, when we have a particularly large number of employees, as we are unable to transfer all wages at the same time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused if it takes a few days longer during this period.
Why haven't I received any money?
Please first take into account the payment periods (see ‘When will I receive my salary?’)
If no money has been credited to your account after the deadlines have expired, please check the following points:
Account details: The most common cause of payment failures is missing or incorrect account details. Therefore, please first check that the correct account details are stored in the personnel tool.
Time recording: Your check-in/check-out times are often missing. Therefore, ALWAYS check your times before leaving your place of work. Subsequent changes are not always possible.
If none of these points lead to a solution or result, please send a brief email to staff@permanent-entertainment.com.
May I add someone to the guest list?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
(How) Can I get a VIP ticket/upgrade?
